The Center for Collaborative Management

CCM specializes in improving collaboration, coordination and teamwork in order to improve organization-level performance outcomes.  It has served clients in high-tech fields (bio/science, applied physics, information technology, and advanced science) as well other private sector, public sector, not-for-profit and educational organizations.  Specific engagements have included: coordinating partner relations in collaborative R&D, strategic planning, reorganization of R&D, project team launch, team-building, conflict resolution, leadership training and coaching, negotiation training, high performance organization design and development.  CCM has also conducted Federally funded research on organization effectiveness.  Founded in 1991, CCM continues the evolution of collaborative approaches to high performance developed by Jim Warren that evolved out of predecessor Warren Consulting Group, the Implementing Technology Group, and James Ross Warren & Associates.
